Due to the nature of medical products, some items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or removed from original packaging.

Before returning an item

Return conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • All parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.
  • Returns must be requested before items are sent back for assessment.

Items that may not be returnable

  • Certain sterile, hygiene, or special-order items may not be eligible for return.
  • Opened, used, or removed items are generally not returnable.

Damaged or incorrect items

  • Incorrect or damaged items must be reported as soon as possible.
  • We will assess the issue and advise on the appropriate next steps.
